Product, materials, prototyping, manufacturing and continuity coordinated under one direction — for selected projects.
01Proof ledger
Every figure, process, case and image we publish needs a source, an owner and an approval state. Where proof is missing, this page says so instead of filling the gap with adjectives.

| Production imagery | Awaiting evidence — not claimed |

02Four entrances. One standard.
Private Atelier, Prototyping, Merch and Collections follow different technical and economic logic. Choosing the right path is already a project decision.

The craftEvery decision on this site ends at a table like this one.
03Where material and construction become recognisable
Three priority families, each with its own behaviour, technical language and trials.
01 — Denim & treatments
Pattern, construction and treatment are read as one system. Every result remains subject to fabric, recipe, trials and physical approval.
02 — Jersey & premium streetwear
Weight, hand, recovery, collar, rib, seams and stability define perceived quality before any branding does.
03 — Fully fashioned knitwear
Yarn count, stitch, gauge, drape, linking and behaviour are assessed as connected decisions, not isolated options.
04From decision to continuity
Five acts. Each closes a question and leaves an output you can check.
What are we really building, for whom, at what quantity?
Project direction, readiness gaps
Does the construction behave as intended?
Pattern version, sample, fit comments
What exactly must be repeated?
Sealed reference, tolerances, BOM
Is bulk following the standard?
Checkpoints, recorded deviations
Can the next order start from here?
Versioned record for reorder
This describes the intended method. Service scope, roles and timing are confirmed per project.
05Service system
Twenty services arranged as one ladder. Each one states its problem, what you receive, where it stops — and whether it is active, in pilot or still in definition.
Before anything is sampled: what is the project, and which route is right?
Product, material, economics and value aligned before cost multiplies.
From intention to a construction that can be tested and approved.
The approved sample becomes a standard — and the standard becomes the next order.
When production elsewhere has gone wrong.
Once the product exists it has to be seen, sold and run. Brand, images, digital channels and AI systems, designed with the same direction as the product.
06Material is not a backdrop
Washing, dyeing, hand, recovery and finishing can change shape and perception. That is why they enter the assessment before approval — and why a screen colour never replaces a swatch, lab dip or sample.
07A range to orient. An assessment to decide.
Thirty-one catalogue articles in three families. Choose the garment, watch it break into its pattern pieces and read the base range for pattern development and sewing on 100–300 pieces per article. Materials, treatments and complexity remain decisions to assess.
Open the atlas and the estimate08From intention to an assessable project
Project Desk sorts product, quantity, maturity and missing information. Before you send anything you receive a readable route; after you send, the assessment is human.
09Trust also means boundaries
No certification, capacity, partnership, result or operational image is published without proof and the right to use it.
Working commitments — formal terms are set in each project agreement.
Request an NDA first10A case counts when it shows decisions, not only images
No approved case has been published yet. This is the structure every dossier will follow — shown empty rather than invented.
CASE / —Awaiting an approved case
Direction comes before production
Describe your project in a few minutes. You see a clear route straight away — what is ready, what is missing, the next step — and a member of the team reviews it personally.
